We are now offering the option of a 2 year on-site warranty for Haycom branded PC\'s. These will be available on all new Haycom PC's. The warranty will take effect from date of purchase. Upon payment of the warranty you are covered against failure of the computers parts for 2 years on-site! With the cost of computer parts easily exceeding $100.00 and the cost of a call out by a technician at $100.00, the first time a problem occurs the warranty has paid for itself. Save time and hassle by getting the technician come to you instead of having to unplug your computer and lug it into the Haycom service department.
What does the Haycom on-site warranty cover?
Each Warranty can cover one computer system (excluding monitor, which has its own on-site warranty). The Warranty covers electrical parts, labour and equipment only. eg. all the components inside the computer case including accelerator boards, SCSI, serial, parallel port, games, graphics and sound cards, internal storage devices such as hard disks, tape,floppy, Jazz, zip drives.
We are on-site to repair the computer hardware within 48 hours. We can repair anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. Our nominal area of coverage is within a 50km radius of the Perth GPO On-site callouts are carried out during business hours M-F, 8.30am - 5.00pm
What does it cost?
The Haycom on-site warranty is priced at $100.00 + GST.

What is not covered by the Haycom Warranty?
- Consumables including ribbons, tapes, floppy, Jazz, Zip or CD Disks and toner cartridges
- Batteries of any description (including the CMOS battery) and the following hardware - locks, cables, leads, external adapters, games devices, buttons and switches.
- Fire or theft.
- Software failure or problems caused by software of any description.
- Problems with cables cards and connectors, Loose plugs, cords, cards and connectors whether internal or external, incorrect port or switch settings.
- Incorrect BIOS or software driver settings
- Damage caused by negligence or due to unauthorised access to the unit.
- Damage incurred from relocation of the equipment or transport.
- From loss or caused by power surges, electrical storms, flood and /or other acts of god.
