For a monthly fee of $95ex GST per server we install an agent to monitor the general health and status of your server(s). This agent runs 24/7 and you will receive a monthly health report of your system. The report includes a health and status breakdown of many components such as backups, hard drives, antivirus, component usage and more. This service has been very successful in catching potential software or hardware problems with your server(s) before these problems cause downtime, saving you and your business associated costs.
